Job Summary:
Lutheran Haven is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team. The LPN is expected to assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment in accordance with the residents’ needs and facility philosophy. The LPN is responsible to the Resident Care Coordinator for the planning, directing, supervision, and delivery of direct resident care. Additionally, the LPN is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete medical records, utilizing safety measures in provision of care, and prevent spread of disease and infection by following established universal precautions.
