Your Role
- Foster a supportive and respectful environment that meets residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as mobility, meals, personal care, and hygiene while promoting independence
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure quality care
- Oversee self-administration of medications and assist with basic treatments as trained
- Encourage participation in activities that promote engagement and wellbeing
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow all health and safety guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What You Bring
- Active Florida CNA license required
- Medication administration certification preferred; training available for the right candidate
- Current CPR certification
- Completion of required HIV/AIDS training
- Basic computer proficiency and strong decision-making skills in a caregiving setting
