What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily hygiene

• Encourage independence while providing hands-on support for mobility and personal care

• Help with meals, activities, and resident transport to on/off-campus appointments

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Observe and report resident health, well-being, or any concerns to nursing staff

• Follow infection control standards and attend required in-services

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of elder care experience

• Current CPR certification

• Compassion, patience, and a team-oriented mindset
